MetaFLO Liquid Waste Solidification Equipment

		Our remediation equipment is designed to solidify and stabilize a broad range of flowable waste streams. With design capacity of 20m3/hr, this equipment is built to handle a large output of liquid waste under extreme conditions. For some applications, mobile units may be accompanied by simple solids removal bins, removing the requirement for vacuum truck assistance completely.

		Our PDM-300 model (available in gas, electric, diesel or hydraulic) is most commonly used by Environmental Services organizations. Its compact design allows it to be moved in a pickup truck, small trailer, or flatbed truck to the jobsite.

		Our PDA-300 model is MetaFLO’s premier product for large volume on-site remediation of liquid wastes. The fully contained mobile unit is highly automated and handles bulk quantity supersacks (2,000 lb) of our exclusive R-T-STMTM reagent. This equipment is extremely robust and designed to operate in harsh climates.

		Unchallenged in the industry, nothing has been overlooked in electronics, hydraulics, mechanical or quality standards. It is outfitted with electronic data logging for remote monitoring, and is programmed to control and monitor equipment operation and dosing rates.
